Senator MURPHY - Surely all we need do is ensure that no senator will be prejudiced, should an arrangement be made next year, by the fact that -he agreed to having his notice discharged. 'We cannot bind the hands of those who. will want to control business next year. It -is. our understanding that this is not to be taken as if these motions had been considered unimportant or that they ought to be prejudiced.
