Senator Douglas McClelland (NEW SOUTH WALES) -I remind the Minister representing the Minister for Labour and National Service that last Thursday I asked whether any survey was being made of the likely job opportunities available to school leavers coming onto the labour market at the end of November. The Minister replied that the Minister for Labour and National Service and his Department were watching the probable growth in employment recruits coming onto the labour market at the end of the year. I now ask: Will the Minister make available to the Parliament details of the number of people likely to be leaving school and joining the labour market in November, and the estimated number and types of job opportunities likely to be available to them?

Senator WRIGHT - Yes.
