Senator MCAULIFFE (QUEENSLAND) - -My question is directed to the Minister representing the Minister in Charge of Tourist Activities. Will the Minister as a practical example and indication of the Government's desire to encourage the decentralisation of commercial and industrial activities agree to move the office of the Minister in Charge of Tourist Activities to the city of the Gold Coast, the centre of tourism in Australia?

Senator COTTON - Without in any way delimiting the great attractions of the Gold Coast, I think that this is a matter for the individual preference of the Minister as to where he chooses to work.
