Senator DEVITT - I wish to direct a question to the Minister for Civil Aviation, lt follows a question 1 asked him earlier about passenger loadings on commercial aircraft. I took his answer to be confirmation of the view which I expressed that, in fact, the airlines were attempting to achieve the objective of higher loadings. In view of the difficulties being experienced by a number of people, not the least of whom are members of Parliament trying to get to Canberra for meetings of committees on Monday morning, what set of cir cumstances does the Minister see as being necessary, or what conditions or . changes must take place, to enable the restoration of discontinued services, which are causing quite considerable difficulty to a great many people?

Senator COTTON - Had the honourable senator asked me that question in the first place, I would have told him quite clearly that the problem of schedules to and from Canberra, which has been causing trouble, is under total review with the objective of improvement.
