Senator SCOTT (WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - I wish to direct a question to the Minister representing the Minister for Labour and National Service. 1 preface my question by stating that recently a steel firm in America known as Cleveland Cliffs secured a large order in Japan for pelletised iron ore, which will mean several separate iron ore projects in the north of Western Australia this year all requiring new towns, railways and ports, &c. In view of the fact that Western Australia is already suffering because of an acute shortage of skilled labour, can the Minister assure me that the Government will arrange for the introduction of sufficient skilled labour and personnel to construct these tremendous development projects so that the companies involved can begin production on schedule?
