Senator BUTTFIELD (SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - My question is directed to the Minister representing the Minister for Territories. Is it a fact that at present there is a delegation from the United Nations visiting the Territory of Papua and New Guinea? If so, can the Minister tell us what countries are represented in the delegation and what efforts are being made by it to meet the elected representatives of the Territory in their own electorates? Is the delegation being shown the general development, or is it merely anxious to stir up strife amongst the people of the Territory?
