Senator MURPHY - Does the Leader of the Government in the Senate recall that some time ago he indicated that restrictive trade practices legislation would be introduced in this sessional period? May we assume that the legislation will not now be introduced and that the Government is still running away from the matter in accordance with the wishes and interests of the great pressure groups that have been aptly described as the hidden persuaders behind the Government?
