Senator HENTY - The British trade agreement provides for a preference duty of 71 per cent, on an aircraft that is not built in Great Britain provided that there is a suitable equivalent aircraft reasonably available in Great Britain. A by-law entry application has been made by both airlines which import these aircraft and this matter is under consideration at the moment.
