2.   ls the Government aware of the power and transport rationing which has been foreshadowed and may come into operation in South Australia shortly?

3.   In view of the serious action which has been forced upon the South Australian Government in this matter, will the Leader of the Senate say whether the present shortage of coal in South Australia is due to -

(a)   Shipping difficulties;

(b)   Other transport difficulties;

(c)   Loss of production through coal strikes if, and when, reasonable transport facilities were available?

4.   What steps does the Government intend taking in order to remedy the position ?
