Senator BROWN (QUEENSLAND) - As the enemy raids precautions warning sirens are now blowing, do you not think, Mr. President, that the Senate should set an example to the citizens of Canberra by complying with the printed notices exhibited throughout the building setting out the procedure to be followed in such circum-stn.ii ccs ?
