Senator McLEAY (South Australia) (Minister for Supply and Development) . - It is with regret that I inform the Senate of the death last month at Young of Mr. John Lynch, who was elected to the House of Representatives for the division of Werriwa in 1914 and again in 1917. Few of us remember the late Mi-. Lynch, but it is fitting that we should honour his memory, and extend to his relatives our sincere sympathy. - I move -

That the Senate expresses its deep regret at the death of ifr. John Lynch, a former member of the House of Representatives for the Division of Werriwa, places on record its appreciation of his meritorious public service, and tenders its sincere sympathy to his relatives in their bereavement.
