Senator McLEAY (SOUTH AUSTRALIA) (Vice-President of the Executive Council) - It has been recognized by the Government for some time that Gerald ton is entitled to a national broadcasting station. The work would not be authorized by the Australian Broadcasting Commission, but by the Government through the Postal Department. I hope that, as soon as funds are available, the people of Geraldton and the surrounding districts will be provided with the station to which they are entitled.
