Senator FOLL (QUEENSLAND) - Will the Minister representing the Minister for Defence state whether the Government has yet decided upon the route to be followed by the flying boats which are to be used for the mail service between England and Australia, and whether the port of Townsville in North Queensland will be a base?

Senator Sir GEORGEPEARCE.Up to the present no decision has been reached in regard to these matters, but I am sure that the claims of Townsville will receive full consideration.
