Senator A J McLACHLAN (SOUTH AUSTRALIA) (Postmaster-General) . - In respect of some private companies, it has been found that the availability of the money is not the test for taxation purposes. This amendment has been inserted to meet cases which may possibly occur in the administration of the law, and the clause ha3 been framed to conform with later provisions in the bill.
