Senator COLLINGS (Queensland) . - In order to avoid unnecessary discussion, I ask the Minister at this stage whether he is prepared to adopt any of the suggestions made by the last three speakers, who, like members of the Opposition, are fearful of the effects of the Government's proposal on the industry. If the Minister will give us a satisfactory assurance we can let the item go through immediately.
