Senator GIBSON (Victoria) .- When speaking on the second reading of this bill, I obtained leave to continue my remarks to enable the Assistant Minister (Senator Brennan) to move the secondreading of the Dairy Produce Export Control Bill. I had said that, apparently, the Government had ordered a coffin for the Australian Dairy Council before it was dead, but, as it has now ceased to exist after having done good work, I trust that it will be given a decent burial.

Question resolved in the affirmative.

Bill read a second time, and reported from committee without amendment or debate; report adopted.

Bill read a third time.
