Senator HARDY (New South Wales) . - At present, a soldier whose disability has been assessed may have to appear again before a tribunal after six months to have his case reviewed. In the case of men living in the country, that might involve considerable travelling and the loss of both time and money. It shouldnot be necessary in every instance for a review to take place every six months. I understand that it was the intention of the Government to make the period three years in certain cases. I should like to know whether the commission will have the power to postpone reassessment up to three years in special cases.
