SenatorCOLLINGS.- I desire to ask the Postmaster-General the following questions -

1.   Whether he considers that it is fitting that such an important national matter as the control of the air for the purpose of broadcasting should be decided by regulation instead of by definite legislation?

2.   Why has the number of "B" class stations which may be controlled by one concern been altered recently from five to eight by regulation instead of by legislation?

3.   What was the exact nature of the pressure brought upon the Government which resulted in this increase?
