The PRESIDENT - Order ! The honorable senator must know that when asking a question, it is out of order to read newspaper articles containing expressions of opinion, which would not be permitted to be used by honorable senators.


Senator BROWN -I should like to know if the Leader of the Senate has read the article, and if so, does he intend to take any action?
