Senator COLLINGS asked the Minister representing the Prime Minister. upon notice -

1.   Is it the intention of the Government to send the Attorney-General (the Honorable R. G. Menzies) to London to represent the Commonwealth before thePrivy Council when the appeal under section92 of the Constitution from the verdict of the High Court is being heard?

2.   Is it a fact that Mr. Menzies has publicly expressed his agreement with the High Court decision to be appealed against?

3.   If so, would it not bosafer to secure other legal representation before the Privy Council ?
