Senator COLLINGS (QUEENSLAND) - I ask the Postmaster-General whether, in view of the fact that Mr. C. J. A. Moses, who has been appointed general manager of the Australian Broadcasting Commission, has had no experience of broadcasting except in his capacity as sporting commentator, and that he has been in the Commonwealth for only eight years, it is to bo understood that no Australians are eligible or available for the higher executive positions in the Broadcasting Commission?
