Senator LYNCH (WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - In view of the dissatisfaction in the industrial arena produced by recent arbitration awards, I should like the Minister representing the Attorney-General to ask the AttorneyGeneral if he does not think it would be an advantage to give a holiday to some of the lawyer doctrinaires who act as arbitrators, and to remodel our industrial tribunal on the lines of wages boards, allowing employers to choose representatives from the employing side, and employees to choose representatives from the employee's side, both parties appointing an umpire?
