The CHAIRMAN - That is not the point the honorable senator raised. He is at liberty to allude to travelling expenses.


Senator FINDLEY - But I cannot deal with travelling expenses unless 1 associate with them individuals why draw those expenses, and if you permit me I can proceed.


The CHAIRMAN - The honorable senator would be quite out of order if in his allusion to travelling expenses he brought in the judges of the Arbitration Court.
