Senator GRAHAM (WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - I should like to ask the Leader of the Government in the Senate if his attention has been drawn to a statement which appeared in the Sydney press last week and was reported toh ave emanated from Senator Guthrie to the effect that Federal members of Parliament had nothing to do but to sit. back in easy chairs. In view of the fact that Senator Guthrie is an advocate of payment by results and seeing that he has attended Parliament for two days only since its re-assembling at Canberra
