Senator NEEDHAM (WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - In the event of the Prime Minister deciding not to adopt the suggestion I made yesterday, that the Government should increase from eight to twelve the number of delegates that are to comprise the proposed industrial commission to visit the United States of America, will the Government- take into consideration the advisability of allowing the Trades and Labour Councils in Australia to select their four delegates from the eighteen that have been nominated by the six States?
