Senator CRAWFORD (QueenslandHonorary Minister) .- The fees will not be paid from government funds, but from money raised by an export tax, which the growers provide. In all probability the board, at its first meeting, will recommend to the Minister the fees to be paid, and if they are considered reasonable, a regulation will be framed prescribing the amount. If Parliament were passing a Companies Act it would not fix in the bill the amount to be paid to company directors.
