Senator GRANT (NEW SOUTH WALES) - I ask the Leader of the Government in the Senate is it a fact -

1.   That a Cabinet sub-committee has been appointed to make arrangements regarding the visit of their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of York; and, if so, what are the names of the members of the committee!

2.   Is it a fact that certain arrangements have been delegated to State sub-committees; and, if so, what are the names of the members of such committees, and what have been referred to them!

3.   Has any representation been given to the members of the Senate and to the members of the House of Representatives on the State subcommittees; and, if so, who has been appointed?

4.   Is the Minister aware whether on a previous somewhat similar occasion, members of the

Federal Parliament were practically ignored; and will he see that this elected representatives of the Australian people get fair recognition during the forthcoming. Royal visit!

5.   Has any sum of money been voted for the above purpose; and, if bo, how much!
