Senator DUNCAN (NEW SOUTH WALES) - I ask the Leader of the Government in the Senate whether the attention of the Government has been directed to the attack made upon the White Australia policy by the British Independent Labour party, and supported by two British Labour members, Mr. Jowett, M.P., and Mr. Kirkwood, M.P., to the effect that migrants should not be excluded purely upon the grounds of race and colour. If so, what action does the Government propose to take to see that Australia's real attitude upon this matter is adequately put before the World Labour Migration Congress?
