Senator LYNCH (Western Australia) . - I ask the leave of the Senate to withdraw the motion. I may be allowed to. say in a sentence that for reasons unexpressed rather than those which have been expressed I still feel certain that my motion suggests the adoption of what would be the wisest course. I cannot say all that I would wish to say on the subject.

Motion, by leave, withdrawn.
