Senator THOMAS (NEW SOUTH WALES) .-In connexion with sub-items c and d, the other House favours 27½ per cent., which is 2½ per cent, more than the Senate's request. Are members of the other House asking for that because they think there should be 27½ per cent, duty to enable these articles to be manufactured in Australia, or does the decision mean that 2½ per cent, extra revenue will be received?
