Senator E D MILLEN (NEW SOUTH WALES) - It is needless for the honorable senator to remind me of a promise that has been made, unless he doubts that it will be given effect. Whatever promise has been made will be kept, and if not by the Vice-President of the Executive Council, by the Minister acting on his behalf.
