Senator PRATTEN (NEW SOUTH WALES) . - I quite approve of this clause. In the not distant future we shall have a good many complications in connexion with the trade of the world, and this clause is properly and specially designed to prevent the goods of any other nation coming through British ports to Australia under the lowest column of our Tariff schedule.
