Senator DRAKE-BROCKMAN (Western Australia) .- I. notice that this clause refers to the Tariff Board, the- Bill for the creation of which has, not yet been approved 'by this Chamber. Until' that measure has passed the Senate it seems futile to define a Board which may never come into existence. Seeing that, the motion for the second reading of the Tariff Board Bill is to be moved to-morrow, the 'VicePresident of the Executive Council (Senator Russell) might well . agree to report progress at this stage in order that, we may know precisely where we stand. ' At present we- do not know- whether such a tribunal as< the Tariff- Board- will' ever be constituted:
