The PRESIDENT - Order! I remind the honorable senator that the businessbefore the- Senate at this stage is the asking of questions without notice.

Senator Millen - He is seeking light, sir.

The PRESIDENT - The honorable senator may ask me a question, but he must not argue the matter. I would point out to him that a far better opportunity for discussing a question like that is afforded on the motion for the adjournment of the Senate.

Senator Bakhap - I thank you, sir, for the suggestion, and will take that opportunity.
