Senator O'KEEFE (TASMANIA) asked the Minister of Defence, upon notice -

1.   Are the men at Queenscliff or other military camps allowed to purchase temperance drinks in the camp?

2.   If so, are they charged a price which leaves a margin of profit on the cost price of such drinks?

3.   If a profit is made, is it the perquisite of any of the officers, or does it go to the Department?
