Senator GARDINER (New South Wales) (Vice-President of the Executive Council) . - The honorable senator, I think, overlooks the fact that this clause deals altogether with persons employed about the bankruptcy. The use of the same words in paragraph a have not been objected to, and they are, in my opinion, just as necessary in paragraph b. I think that if the honorable senator will consider the clause carefully, he will find that the words " employed about the bankruptcy " are not out of "place in paragraph b of the clause.
