Senator GRANT (New South Wales) .- I am in favour of the clause. I think that the Executive should have f ull power in time of war to take any steps they deem necessary to defend the country. I see no reason why we should not give men invited to enlist as members of Expeditionary Forces some idea of where they may be expected to go toMost of those who are at present being enlisted are prepared to go anywhere they are sent.
