GOULD asked the Minister of Defence, upon notice -

1.   What arrangements have been made with reference to the late Governor of German New Guinea and German officers who were taken to Sydney as prisoners of war from German New Guinea?

2.   Are they under any restrictions as to their movements; and, if so, what are the restrictions ?

3.   Are they or any of them being provided for at the expense of the Government; and, if so, at what daily expense?
