Senator KEATING (TASMANIA) - Arising out of the answers to Senator Rae's questions, I wish to ask the Vice-President of the Executive Council if it is intended by the Government, through Parliament, to make effective provision to enable persons resident in the Federal Capital area, and in other similar areas of the Commonwealth, to record their votes in connexion with any referendum as to a proposed amendment of the Constitution?

Senator McGREGOR - The reply to the honorable senator's question is contained in the reply that I have already given to Senator Rae's question. The matter is under consideration.
