Senator KEATING (TASMANIA) - With regard to the regulations which honorable, senators receive so frequently, and so copiously, and the evident difficulty of keeping them in anything like order, especially considering the number of amendments, will the Vice-President of the Executive Council consider the advisableness of having issued periodically to honorable senators at least the more important of these regulations in something like a bound form?
