Senator MILLEN (New South Wales) . - I trust that I shall be meeting the wish of the Government by moving the adjournment of the debate.

The PRESIDENT - I cannot accept such a motion from the honorable senator, since having before moved the adjournment of the debate he has waived his right to the first call of the Chair. Of course, he has a right to speak at any time during the debate.

Motion (by Lt.-Colonel Sir Albert Gould) proposed-

That the debate be now adjourned.
