Senator STEWART (Queensland) . - This seems to be rather a strange clause. It appears to me that the regulations, may be so framed as to take all power out of the hands of the Court. If the President of the Court thinks that the award is out of harmony with the regulations, he can stop the whole business; he can declare it unconstitutional, so to speak. I think that we ought to have an explanation of how the clause is going to work.
