Senator RAE (NEW SOUTH WALES) - I wish to ask the Minister of Defence a question, without notice. I should like to know whether it is true, as stated in the press, and as mentioned in another place, that the markers, who are said to have struck at Williamstown, were replaced by some members of the Permanent Military Forces of the Commonwealth, and whether the Minister can generally give the Senate a statement on the matter, and say who is responsible for what is said to have occurred?
