Senator GUTHRIE (South Australia) . - Apparently this clause has been drafted with a view to prevent the carriage of dangerous goods in passenger ships. But I would point out to the Minister that goods which may menace the safety of the crew may be carried upon a cargo ship. With the object of preventing this, I move -

That after the word " passengers," line 4, the words " or crew " be inserted.
