That the Bill be now read a third time.


Mr Hurford - Mr Deputy Speaker,I seek your indulgence to explain that the Opposition has not divided the House on the motion 'That the Bill be now read a third time' because of the pressures of the business of the House, but we would like our opposition to it recorded.
