Mr BRYANT (Willis) - I must admit that I support my colleague the honourable member for Port Adelaide (Mr Young). I would like the Attorney-General (Mr Ellicott) to explain the integrated significance, if I can put it that way, of clause 7, which is a very odd one to find in this piece of legislation, and clause 11, which deals with elections at large.
