Mr ELLICOTT (Wentworth) (AttorneyGeneral) May I have the indulgence of the House to raise a point of procedure on this Legislation? Before the debate is resumed on this Bill I suggest that it may suit the convenience of the House to have a general debate covering this Bill and the Historic Shipwrecks Bill as they are associated measures. Separate questions will, of course, be put on each of the Bills at the conclusion of the debate. I suggest therefore, Mr Deputy Speaker, that you permit the subject matter of both Bills to be discussed in this debate.
