Mr SCHOLES (Corio) -Mr Deputy Speaker, before you call the next order of the day- I shall delay the House for a couple of seconds- I point out that the Prime Minister (Mr Malcolm Fraser) brought in a very important piece of legislation a few minutes ago. I am informed that copies of the second reading speech are not available to honourable members in the House. The House will go into recess for several days under a motion which has already been carried.

That means that honourable members will not have copies of that second reading speech available for some days. I draw the attention of the House to this matter. I think that where legislation of considerable significance comes into the House, honourable members should have copies of the second reading speech available at the time of delivery.
