Mr MALCOLM FRASER - From the nature of his question I think that the honourable gentleman is somewhat confused. The legislation introduced by the Government makes it essential for elected officials of unions to be elected by secret postal ballot -


Mr Scholes - That is not true. That is not the legislation you passed.


Mr MALCOLM FRASER - This legislation will ensure that the views of the rank and file members of trade unions can get through and be felt -
