Mr MALCOLM FRASER -The honourable gentleman is about the last person of the Opposition who should ask a question of that kind because some of the predictions, and one in particular, which he has sought to make over the last several weeks have been designed to create uncertainty and difficulty in the very area which he mentions. I repeat that there were marked elements of fantasy in that report. I have indicated this to the House on previous occasions. If anyone would like to know my views on some of the subjects which might have been canvassed in the report, I suggest that he get a copy of a speech which I made last night.
